Autism Bucks is a volunteer-run charity that brings together autistic adults from across Buckinghamshire. Founded in 2018, we now have over 470 members and offer a welcoming community where autistic adults can meet others with shared lived experience.

Membership is free and open to autistic adults living in Buckinghamshire, whether formally diagnosed or self-diagnosed. Parents and carers of autistic people are also welcome to join as members.

Throughout the year we organise a varied programme of online and in-person activities, including discussion sessions, guest speakers, wellbeing activities, social events and visits to places of interest. Everything we do is organised and delivered by our volunteer trustees and volunteers.

There is no pressure to participate in any particular way. You are welcome to:

• Simply listen and observe.
• Join in discussions if and when you feel comfortable.
• Suggest ideas for future activities or topics.
• Take part in activities and social events at your own pace.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, exploring the possibility that you may be autistic, or simply looking to connect with other autistic adults in Buckinghamshire, you will receive a warm welcome.
