I have been working with individuals and couples for over a decade, and specialise in supporting autistic and ADHD clients.

I understand how overwhelming things can feel when your mind works differently, especially when this impacts communication, relationships, and everyday life. Many people come feeling misunderstood or unsure how to explain what they are experiencing.

I offer a calm, supportive space where we can make sense of this together. My approach is practical and flexible, focusing on what works for you rather than what you feel you should be doing.

Alongside my counselling work, I am developing my research in neurodiversity as part of my PhD, which continues to shape how I support clients in a thoughtful and informed way.
