I provide autism-informed coaching for adults, teenagers, parents, and families, offering practical, personalised support to help individuals better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and build on their strengths.

My approach is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience. I am an Advanced AuDHD Coach with an MSc in Coaching Psychology, and I have a background in teaching, lecturing, psychology, education, and psychotherapy. This gives me an in-depth understanding of neurodiversity, communication differences, emotional wellbeing, learning, relationships, and life transitions. As someone with lived experience of both autism and ADHD, I bring genuine understanding alongside evidence-based knowledge.

Coaching is tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and preferences. Areas of support may include self-understanding and autistic identity, confidence and self-esteem, managing anxiety and overwhelm, education and employment challenges, executive functioning and organisation, relationships, communication, and navigating life changes.

I work in a neuro-affirming way, recognising and valuing autistic differences rather than seeking to change them. Sessions provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where autistic people can explore challenges, identify practical strategies, and develop greater confidence in living authentically.

I offer coaching online throughout the UK and face-to-face in Somerset.
