I work with autistic and ADHD adults and couples.

Who are struggling with relationships, emotions, feeling overwhelmed, communication, or just trying to understand themselves a bit better.

We look at what is going on for you, why certain things keep happening and what might help.

I’m not here to tell you how you should think, feel or behave. We work it out together and find what works for you.

I have ADHD and autistic traits myself, so I know how hard it can be to be in the world.

Prices

Individual sessions are £70

Couples are £90

(There is some flexibility on this)

What are your qualifications?

I’m a qualified integrative counsellor with a Level 5 Diploma in Integrative Counselling and an MA in Health and Wellbeing. I have more than 10 years’ therapeutic experience, and I’m currently completing a Professional Doctorate focused on neurodivergence and relationships.

Do you offer any packages?

No. Sessions are booked and paid for individually, so there is no need to commit to a set number in advance.

Generally, how many sessions do we need as a couple?

Every couple is different, but around six sessions is a useful starting point. We can then review how things are going and decide whether you need more.

What is your approach to marriage counselling?

I don’t take sides or decide who is right or wrong. We look at what is happening between you, the patterns you have fallen into and how you can communicate and respond differently.

My approach is straightforward, practical and down to earth. I’ll be honest with you about what I’m noticing, but I’m not there to judge either of you or tell you how your relationship should look.

If ADHD or autism is part of your relationship, we also look at how this may be affecting communication, emotions and everyday life.
