Hi, my name is Kes. I'm a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, neuroaffirming therapist & supervisor

I understand what it's like to be a high-masking neurodivergent person, and the fluctuations in functioning in different environments. I am deeply intimate with shutdowns, burnout and emotional overwhelm.

I also know what the long, painful, rewarding, ongoing and liberating work of reclaiming authenticity is really like, both from my own experience and working with my clients. And, how vital it is to assert boundaries, advocate for our support needs, and embrace our autistic joy!

My services are suitable for anyone who would value some extra support with their personal wellbeing, growth and peace of mind in day-to-day life. Sessions may be 30-minutes or 50-minutes. Most autistic clients like regular consistency of meeting every 1-3 weeks for long-term, flexible support, however sessions are also available short-term or ad hoc if preferred.

Practicalities:

  • All online sessions are held UK-wide via end-to-end encrypted video calls. You can choose whether to have your camera on or off.
  • In-person sessions are available in Brighton; sessions may be in a private room or outdoor walk & talk on the Downs, depending on where you feel most comfortable.
  • Sessions are one-to-one, and it's also possible to bring a support person, or enrol on group courses if preferred.
  • My approach is person-centred and autism-affirming; I provide options for visual tools, session transcripts and summaries, creative or playful approaches, breaks, pauses with attention to your needs and preferences. This is your space to be yourself.
  • Information on fees, privacy and confidentiality, experience, approach and credentials are all on my website.

I offer a free introductory call to get to know one another and explore if we may be a suitable match. Simply visit my website to book a convenient time for you.

I look forward to connecting with you,

Kes
