I understand how difficult it is to ask for help. I also understand how hard it is to understand your own emotions when they feel alien to you, there is a struggle to connect to how you feel, never mind explain how you feel. Adapting and understanding your wiring and nervous system as a neurodiverse person can be a challenge, especially if you are late diagnosed.

Over the years, I have worked with thousands of people who have struggled, as well as partners and family who struggle to understand.

I offer a safe space to talk all of these things through, and work with strategies that are specific to you, adapted from a variety of therapeutic modalities, to aid you to move forward and gain more clarity
