Main information

Service categories: Information, advice and advocacy, Schools and education providers, Support groups, social programs and branches

Aspire SEND CIC supports young people aged 16–25 with SEND, including autistic young people, as they transition from education into adulthood.

We provide personalised one-to-one and small group support tailored to each young person’s strengths, goals and communication needs. Sessions can focus on confidence building, independence skills, preparing for employment, CV writing, interview preparation, goal setting and accessing education, training, volunteering and community opportunities.

Our approach is strengths-based, person-centred and neurodiversity-affirming. We adapt sessions to suit individual sensory, communication and learning preferences, working at each young person’s pace in a supportive and inclusive environment.

We also work closely with parents, schools, colleges, Family Hubs, local authorities and other professionals to ensure joined-up support and positive outcomes. Our aim is to help every young person develop the confidence, skills and opportunities needed to thrive in adulthood.
