Asclepieia Hypnotherapy and Wellness is a supportive, clinically led practice based in Skipton and online. Founded by Christopher Hardy, a neurodivergent practitioner with 20 years of experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the NHS, the service offers a uniquely safe, gentle, and deeply understanding space to help navigate challenges like anxiety, sensory overwhelm, and sleep difficulties.

The approach is neurodiversity-affirming; because Chris shares a lived understanding of navigating a neurotypical world, we understand that your autistic neurology is a fundamental part of who you are - not something to be "fixed" or changed. Therapy is a gentle, collaborative partnership designed to support your well-being, respect your unique processing style, and ease the day-to-day distress that comes from living in an environment that wasn't built for neurodivergent minds.
