I offer online counselling for autistic and ADHD adults across the UK, with a particular focus on men aged 18 to early thirties. You might be dealing with burnout, masking, anxiety, self-criticism, relationship difficulties or questions about identity.

I’m an AuDHD, person-centred therapist and IFS therapist. We can work at your pace, discuss your communication preferences and sensory needs, and be clear about what to expect from sessions. You do not have to mask or communicate in a particular way to work with me.

You do not need a formal diagnosis to get in touch.
