Creative Music Therapy services for children, young people, young adults and adults in North Cornwall.
Elise takes an integrative creative music therapy approach, including psychodynamic, trauma-informed
and neurodiversity inclusive. Sessions are person-centred and individualised to meet the needs of each
person. Amped Music therapy works closely with families, schools and organisations to empower
positive, transparent, integrated care.
1:2:1 sessions are available. Sessions include assessment, formulation of goals, individualised creative
music therapy sessions which are child/person lead and are strengths-based. After a decided timeframe
(around 12 weeks) progress or finishing reports are created to review the work, and include future
recommendations which can be shared with professionals such as schools, CAMHS, Social Care and
other organisations.
Group sessions are available, and Elise has experience running group sessions in settings such as
specialist school and college settings, NHS, care homes and charity organisations.
Professional reflective practice is available for teams such as schools and organisations. This offers
a safe, reflective space for teams to explore themes, challenges and wins together as a way to
develop professional skills and gain understanding of new perspectives. Working together to best
