My name is Lorraine and I run Altered Images, an independent and private counselling service in Heslington, York. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I hold an undergraduate degree in Counselling Studies BA (Hons) and a Masters degree in Psychological therapies alongside currently studying towards a doctorate in mental health in education.  

The aim of Altered Images is to offer a safe environment in which you will be listened to and assisted in making sense of whatever brings you to counselling.
