Alliance Clinical Consulting is one of the UK's leading providers of psychological mental health services.

We provide private autism assessments for children and adults. We specialise in complex presentations, including individuals with trauma histories, high-masking profiles, and co-occurring mental health difficulties.

Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming: we recognise autism as variation in the human experience, and our goal is to help you understand your strengths, communicate your needs to others, and build a life that fits who you are.

Assessment procedure: ADOS-2, ADI-R, detailed developmental history, additional measures where necessary.

Assessments are carried out Chartered Psychologists (HCPC registered) and a team of multidisciplinary specialists (Speech & Language, Mental Health Nursing) with decades of clinical experience.

Our service includes a detailed report, feedback session, and three-month follow-up. Appointments available online UK-wide or in-person in Birmingham and London.
