Diversity Whisperer is a neurodiversity-affirming Autism/ADHD coaching practice led by Dr. Yasi Herbich (certified neurodiversity coach with the Association for Coaching). They support autistic/ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent teenagers and adults—and the parents/caregivers and educators around them.

Their approach is strengths-based, trauma-aware and consent-first. No “fixing” or masking—just practical, compassionate support that respects communication differences and sensory needs.

Coaching can support you with:

• Executive function (starting tasks, planning, routines, time management)

• School/work challenges and transitions (new classes, exams, job changes)

• Emotional regulation and shutdown/meltdown-aware planning

• Sensory-friendly strategies and accommodations that fit real life

• Self-advocacy, confidence and identity-affirming goal setting

• Parent/caregiver coaching: home routines, collaboration with school, reducing daily friction

Sessions are offered online, with clear action steps and optional visual supports.
