Senior Learning Support Assistant:

 

We are currently seeking to find a Senior Learning Support Assistant to join us here at Radlett Lodge School. Your main duties will be to provide the highest standard of support to Autistic children, as well as other complex needs such as PDA, OCD and ADHD. You will be required to contribute to the process of implementing and evaluating individual learning outcomes, individual behaviour support profiles and risk assessments. Your qualities will include, being patient, caring and sensitive towards the needs of vulnerable people. Being a good listener, a team player, resilient, willing and able to provide personal care behaviours and an individual who values diversity, health and safety and are committed to safe working practices.

Class Teacher:

 

We are currently seeking to find a qualified Class Teacher to join us here at Radlett Lodge School. Your main duties will be to be responsible for high quality, autism specific education and development of a class or group of pupils with ASD. You must ensure your quality of teaching and learning meets statutory requirements and ensure continuity across the 24 hour curriculum and contribute to join planning. Your skills will include having QTS this is an essential requirement as well as having proven experience within an SEN/ASD environment. Proven knowledge or the National Curriculum and the impact on pupils with autism is necessary to succeed within this role. You will be required to work 200 days inclusive of 10 non pupil training days.

Senior Residential Care Worker

We are looking for a Senior Residential Care Worker to join us here at Radlett Lodge School. This role is based in our Residential part of the school, and the main part of your role will be to support our pupils who stay with us during term time, weekly and weekends. We're looking for a good listener who is able to record information accurately, values diversity, and is sensitive to the needs of vulnerable people.
