We work with employers including Auto Trader UK, HMRC, IBM, J. P. Morgan, Oracle, Virgin Red, Visa and more to create accessible job opportunities and to support candidates to access those opportunities through: 

  • Autism and employment related workshop
  • Recruitment support and interview guidance 
  • On-boarding and reasonable adjustment support

Auto Trader UK

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

Job description:

Auto Trader are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our agile teams, using data insight and regular customer feedback to engineer market-leading digital products.  You’ll use Java, Spring, RESTful API, TDD.  As a Senior Java developer, you will not only help create insight-driven, market-leading digital products, you’ll also help mentor and coach our apprentices, graduates and professional developers. Comfortable talking about system design and architecture, you’ll know how to get the best out of our cross-functional teams, technical platforms and agile working practices.
