Autism at Work programme

The Bloomfield Trust and the National Autistic Society’s Autism at Work programme aims to bridge the gap between skills shortages in industry and autistic jobseekers.
Through this programme, we support employers to promote accessible job opportunities for autistic jobseekers. We then support applicants through the recruitment process and support successful candidates to prepare for and succeed in their employment.
