A specialist volunteer adviser will reply directly to you. We are a small team that supports over hundreds of families a year, many on an ongoing basis, so there are times when our service gets very busy and we may not be able to get back to you as quick as we would like. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

When you talk to one of our volunteers, everything you say will remain confidential unless there is good reason for us to divulge information - for example, if we feel someone is at risk.

When responding to your query it may be necessary for us to ask you further questions before we can give you information relevant to your particular situation.
