Our focus is providing person centred support to enhance independence.

Type of service: Adults - Supported Living

Staffing ratio and provided care

We are able to provide support to meet the individual needs of the people who live within the service.

Our staff undertake a comprehensive autism induction including positive behaviour support and communication and provide a low arousal environment.

We are able to provide support to maintain healthy lifestyles, medication and personal care, as well as developing health action plans and participating in activities in the community and work placement.

Staff help people develop domestic skills and everyone self caters including cooking and shopping with support where required.

Each person puts together their own individual plan with staff who know them well to include their ambitions and enabling them to achieve their goals.
