What’s Next? is a programme of support designed for recently diagnosed or self-identifying autistic adults who are over the age of 18 and living in Scotland.
What’s next? aims to empower autistic adults so they can live confidently as their authentic selves by deepening participants’ understanding of autism and autistic identity, improving wellbeing, and reducing isolation through peer connections.
Participants will attend a six-week block of online sessions, exploring experiences and strategies including:
- Understanding autism
- Diagnostic processes
- Masking
- Identity
- Executive Functioning
- Spoon Theory
- Making Connections
- and more!
