As a passionate AuDHD coach and mentor based in the UK, I specialise in supporting late-diagnosed neurodivergent mid life women and non binary adults.
My mission is to transform feelings of overwhelm into the magic of self-connection, enabling clients to authentically thrive in their life and business without succumbing to the burnout of hustle culture. Utilising a unique blend of self-connection practices, project management experience, cyclical living, and shadow work, I empower individuals to embrace their differences and unlock their full potential.
As a 45-year-old autistic woman with ADHD, I bring a deep, personal understanding to my practice, fostering a world where everyone's uniqueness is celebrated and cherished.
