The Wildheart Foundation

Main information

Service categories: Schools and education providers

At The Wildheart Foundation, we use proven methodologies to ensure that students are able to access learning in a way that works for them. We recognise that many children face difficulties in accessing the current education system due to factors such as neurodiversity, trauma, or anxiety.

This is why we have developed an alternative approach that prioritises personalised support and mentoring. When your child works with us, they'll have the guidance of our experienced and compassionate tutors/mentors every step of the way.

Our family work through Raising a Wild Child has given us tried and tested processes, which we've used to train our Wildheart tutors in the principles and framework. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

  • Our MISSION is to build a new kind of tutoring business, where the child is at the centre of everything we do. We will be unconstrained by standard curricula or targets.
  • Our VISION is to help build a kinder, more inclusive educational system, where every child thrives because the curriculum is designed around them and the way that they learn best. Through our tutoring model, we offer new ways to bring out the best in children, developing methodologies for inclusive school provision.

Our tutoring begins with tutors nurturing a mutual relationship of trust with the children they support. Through academic mentoring and coaching together we identify your child’s goals and empower them to achieve these by building self confidence, strengthening your child’s sense of self and reigniting in your child a lifelong love of learning.
