I offer autism-affirming, person-centred therapy and professional supervision for autistic and neurodivergent adults. My approach is gentle, respectful, co-creative and rooted in social justice.
We can explore experiences such as trauma, burnout, sensory overwhelm, social exhaustion or challenges navigating systems. Sessions are shaped around your sensory world, communication preferences, processing needs and energy levels.
Supervision is available for therapists, coaches and other practitioners who wish to develop neurodivergent-affirming practice.
Sessions are online or in person (where possible), with flexible lengths and a sliding scale to improve accessibility.
