I host small Online Support Groups (maximum 6 people) for people whose partner presents with High Functioning Autism.

This is a safe place to look at the challenges of being in a neurotypical / neurodiverse relationship.

The Groups provide a space where you can:

* Receive and give support, feel validated and share your experiences

* Grow in understanding finding ways to improve communication and intimacy

I also offer Individual Counselling/Therapy Sessions for partners of people on the ASD spectrum. Please contact me if you would like to find out more or to book a session.
