For parents and carers of people over school-age who have an autistic spectrum disorder. The group meets every other month for mutual support. Campaigns for better local services and organises social events, sits on the local Autism Partnership Board and is a member of the Sheffield Autism Partnership Network.

We run the A Team Social Group for autistic adults and have supported a group of autistic women to establish an independent support network - WAND - run by themselves.

A Team Social Group

The A Team Social group has about 450 diverse members who are all autistic and who in the past would have been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome. Many have higher level education qualifications, some work, some are parents, and a few are retired. We organise about 10 activities each month.
