NeuroHub UK provides structured, practical one-to-one mentoring for autistic and AuDHD adults.

The service supports adults who may be navigating employment, education, workplace communication, self-advocacy, confidence, sustainable routines, planning, competing demands or situations that have become difficult to manage.

Sessions focus on understanding the person’s circumstances, identifying what is creating difficulty and turning overwhelming goals or problems into realistic, manageable actions. The approach is collaborative, strengths-based and adapted to the individual’s communication, processing and executive-function needs.

The service is delivered by Darrel Cresswell, an autistic and combined-type ADHD adult with lived experience of disability, education, employment, leadership and managing complex practical demands.

This is a mentoring service. It does not provide autism or ADHD diagnosis, psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, crisis intervention or legal advice. Where someone requires support outside the service’s scope, they will be encouraged to contact an appropriately qualified or emergency service.

Mentoring is provided as a private paid service, with sessions available remotely.
