Dan Wilkins is a late-diagnosed autistic coach and mentor who supports neurodivergent people to thrive at work. With a background as a qualified learning disabilities nurse, social worker (1st Class Honours), and senior NHS and local government leader, Dan brings both clinical expertise and real lived experience to every engagement.

His one-to-one coaching uses the SURE framework: Sensory Awareness, Unmasking, Reframing and Executive Function, an evidence-based approach grounded in the latest neurodiversity research and his own experience of navigating the workplace as a late-diagnosed autistic person.

Coaching is delivered online across 10 sessions and is fully fundable through Access to Work. Dan works with autistic adults, people with ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and those who are multiply neurodivergent with or without a formal diagnosis.
