I am an experienced BACP Accredited counsellor based in York. In my private practice I work with many autistic people with or without a formal diagnosis, particularly younger adults (18-40s), university students and LGBTQ+ people. 

I offer a calm, confidential and supportive space where you can talk about any experiences or issues that are causing you concern or distress, at your pace.  These may be directly linked to autism such as masking, burnout and dealing with change or may be more general and include relationships, family issues, work and studies. 

Face to face, online and telephone sessions are available. These can be weekly, fortnightly or as and when suits you. My home is in a quiet location and I can offer sensory-friendly adjustments to the room.
