Our Kent wide Short Breaks offer, Connect! is for neurodivergent children and young people aged 9-18. We offer a wide range of fun and inclusive activities that give children and their families the opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences in a supportive setting.
Eligibility
Age: From age 9 to 18
Aimed at: Adolescent , Child , Parent or carer of under 18, Professional, School, Volunteer
Referral Sources: Education, NHS and Private, NHS Consultant, NHS primary care, Social Care, Yourself
