I offer a compassionate space where we can work together to navigate life’s challenges and develop wellbeing. Our collaborative work may focus on:
- Understanding and managing difficult emotions
- Exploring relationship patterns and communication
- Developing self-compassion and resilience
- Processing and healing from past experiences
I bring particular experience working with shame, anxiety, neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism), chronic conditions like fibromyalgia and LGBTQ+ experiences.
