From the creative minds behind Disco Neurotico, trailblazers in safe, inclusive and neurodivergent-friendly clubbing, comes Rave & Recharge – a brand-new event combining mindful fun, wholesome vibes, and all the joys of dancing in a sober, welcoming environment.

This daytime dance experience offers two hours of feel-good activities, with live DJs and playmaker, for just £12 on the door or £10 + booking fee via Eventbrite.

Booking is now open for the first two events, with more to come:

Saturday, 15th February 2025, 10:00am - 12:00pm - Pavey House, Clifton

Sunday, 16th February 2025, 10:30am - 12:30pm - St Werburghs Community Centre

What to Expect at Rave & Recharge:

● Guided Meditation: Begin with a low on woo, high on fun, grounding, low-pressure meditation session designed to help you relax and connect. This is a great excuse to have a bit of a lie down, so please bring a yoga mat.

● Playful Warm-Up: Stretch, wriggle, and flail in a movement session that's part art, part fun, and completely judgment-free.

● Inclusive Dance Session: Dance your heart out under sensory-friendly lighting – no glow sticks required, but they’re not discouraged either!

Rave & Recharge is a celebration of fun, connection, and movement, welcoming everyone to throw shapes and embrace joy in an environment free of alcohol, bad vibes, and overwhelming sensory stimulation. It’s perfect for anyone seeking a refreshing, sober alternative to traditional nightlife or simply wanting to recharge for the week ahead.
