Cognition Care Ltd is an independent, CQC-registered healthcare provider offering specialist neurodevelopmental and mental health services for children, young people and adults across England.

We provide comprehensive autism and ADHD assessments alongside consultant psychiatry services, supporting individuals and families through assessment, diagnosis and ongoing care where appropriate. Our assessments are completed using recognised diagnostic tools and current clinical guidance, with a person-centred approach that recognises the unique strengths, experiences and support needs of every individual.

We are committed to providing a supportive and accessible assessment experience. Where appropriate, reasonable adjustments can be made throughout the assessment process to accommodate communication preferences, sensory needs and individual circumstances.

Following assessment, individuals receive a comprehensive diagnostic report together with clear, personalised recommendations to support healthcare, education, employment or everyday life where appropriate. We also provide post-diagnostic guidance and, for individuals with ADHD, medication initiation and ongoing monitoring where clinically indicated.

Appointments are available remotely across England, with selected face-to-face appointments available where appropriate.
