Ayesha Psychotherapy Service

Main information

Service categories: Counselling and therapies

As an experienced, integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, with a specialism in Autism, I am committed to creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your concerns. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, or other challenges, I will work alongside you to build a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll navigate whatever brings you to therapy, providing the support and understanding you need to move forward.

I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent adults, particularly those on the autism spectrum. I work collaboratively with clients to identify how the characteristics of ASD may be impacting their day-to-day lives. I am passionate about offering the support by creating a therapeutic environment where they feel accepted, understood.
