Dr Coghlan provides high quality, detailed and meaningful autism and ADHD assessments. She can also offer post-diagnostic support and management. 

She assesses children and adolescents aged between 6-17 years.

Her assessments also explore whether any comorbid mental health difficulties may be present and outline any additional recommendations in this regard, if applicable. She can provide follow-up assessment and management if there are concerns about comorbid anxiety disorders including OCD and/or concerns about low mood. 

With regard to the autism assessments (these are multidisciplinary in nature) and ADHD assessments that Dr Coghlan offers, she offers an initial clinical appointment to see whether a full assessment is required.

If a full assessment is not required, she completes a report and the child's parents/guardians are only charged for that initial 1 hour appointment rather than the full assessment cost. If a full assessment is indicated, the total cost of the assessment includes the cost of the initial clinical appointment.
