About the training

This course aims to introduce autism through discussing the main areas of difference and providing an increased awareness of how autistic people may experience the workplace.

Our interactive virtual training delivery model ensures we are proud to deliver the exact same learning outcomes for you as our face to face training course, in a learner friendly and accessible way. We split our learning into 2 x 1 ½ hour sessions to maintain delegate engagement and cater for different learning styles.

Your training will be delivered by one of our experienced and knowledgeable training consultants and includes interactive activities and/or discussions. The course includes a training handout, opportunity to hear autistic perspectives; this may be through films, quotes from autistic people or the inclusion of a speaker by experience and signposting to relevant literature and resources.
