Lambeth & Tulse Hill – Jubilee ASD Resource Base

Main information

Service categories: Support groups, social programs and branches

The Early Bird Plus program is for parents/carers of autistic children between the ages of five and ten years.

It focuses on empowering parents and carers to learn about autism and to explore ways that they can support their autistic child. Parents have the option of inviting a supporting professional to attend the sessions alongside them.

At Jubilee, we have a specialist provision for Autistic children, and support parents and carers within the local community to access training within a safe and familiar environment. Our trainers are highly skilled, qualified teachers, with an in-depth knowledge of working with Autistic children and are both EarlyBird Plus licensed users. We now deliver the streamlined program which runs over 6 weeks, making it more accessible to families.

The sessions focus on:

Understanding autism

Understanding autistic experiences

Supporting daily living
