Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of autism? I'm an Autism Wellbeing Mentor – a compassionate guide dedicated to helping autistic individuals and their families thrive. Through tailored one-to-one mentoring, you'll discover evidence-based mind-body techniques designed to manage stress, improve sleep, and prevent burnout. I’ve walked this path as both an individual on the spectrum and a parent to a child with profound non-speaking autism. My personal journey equips me to offer tailored strategies for managing behaviours that challenge, PICA, and effective communication methods. I've studied autism with the NAS and stay updated on the latest research to bring you effective strategies that enhance wellbeing, accessibility, and resilience.
