At Specialisterne NI, we support autistic and neurodivergent individuals to get ready for, secure, sustain and progress in careers, across sectors and at all levels of role. All of our services are co-designed with our autistic and neurodivergent community.
Our services include:
- Employability Programs – Build skills and confidence through 1-1 and job club support with our consultants - CV, interview skills, Mentoring, IBM Skillbuild, and more
- Social & Wellbeing Programs – Enhance social and communication skills with a focus on overall wellbeing through coffee and chat sessions, special interest groups, and specialisterne's curriculum.
- Academy – Our academies are designed to bring you one step closer to employment, offering a blend of learning, a tailored Specialisterne curriculum, and employer experience days.
All programmes are open to individuals who self-identify as autistic and/or neurodivergent.

Covers: Antrim and Newtownabbey, Ards and North Down, Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon, Belfast, Causeway Coast and Glens, Derry City and Strabane, Fermanagh and Omagh, Lisburn and Castlereagh, Mid and East Antrim, Mid Ulster, Newry, Mourne and Down, South Belfast area

Specialisms: Autism and Neurodivergent , Has autism-specific elements, Has autism-specific elements
Other specialisms: The Specialisterne NI team of 15 have studied autism or related subjects (e.g., Psychology) at university, to degree or master’s level, and have daily experience in supporting autistic and neurodivergent people to secure and progress in careers.All our services are co-designed with our community and are informed by the perspectives of autistic and neurodivergent people included in research and the lived experiences of our community.
