I offer specialist coaching and training for parents of autistic children, with a focus on those who identify as high-masking or have lower support needs. My work combines lived experience as parent to two neurodivergent children and professional insight from nearly 20 years in education, including university-level teaching on SEN and inclusion.

Through both 1:1 coaching sessions and pre-recorded digital courses, I support parents who are ready to take action and make meaningful changes at home. My approach is practical, compassionate, and rooted in neuroaffirmative principles. I help families move beyond overwhelm, strengthen their understanding of their child’s needs, and rebuild connection — even in the most challenging moments.
