I offer therapeutic counselling for autistic adults. I also work with individuals with ADHD, this also includes adults. To support with emotional well-being and mental health. To aim to reduce anxiety, improve low mood, explore strategies to assist with emotional regulation, social communication, to improve self-esteem and confidence. To build coping strategies and resilience.
