Neuro-affirming counselling and psychotherapy for adults and couples

I am an autistic humanistic counsellor, offering trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and GSRD-affirming therapy. I work with adults, couples, throuples, and polycules from my private, comfortable therapy room in Scissett, HD8, West Yorkshire, or online via secure video. Sessions are usually one hour weekly, but I’m flexible — together we can create a schedule that suits your needs.

Individuals

I specialise in supporting autistic and ADHD clients, including those exploring self-identification, diagnosis, masking, burnout, rejection sensitivity (RSD), PDA, and executive function challenges.

Sessions can be adapted to meet your needs, including

Pacing sessions to match your processing speed
Adapting communication style to your preference
Adjusting sensory environment where possible (lighting, sound, comfort)
Understanding shutdowns, meltdowns, and executive-function challenges

You don't need to mask with me.

Couples, Throuples & Polycules

I work with relationships experiencing conflict, communication breakdown, or disconnection. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and person-centred approaches, I help partners:

Reduce conflict and repetitive cycles (e.g., withdrawal vs escalation)
Rebuild trust and safety after disconnection or betrayal
Understand each other’s fears and insecurities
Strengthen emotional connection and resilience

Getting Started

I offer a free 20-minute introductory meeting (online or by phone) where you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit. Therapy is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your goals and needs.

I undertake regular CPD and clinical supervision to ensure my practice remains ethical, safe, and professional.
