We are a small group based in Huntingdon, UK. We provide a safe and supportive space for adults with a diagnosis of autism, those seeking an assessment, or individuals who identify with traits of autism.

Our group is here to:

• Build a sense of community and understanding.
• Share experiences and coping strategies.
• Offer support and reduce isolation.
• Signpost helpful resources and services.

This is a welcoming space for adults aged 18+ to connect, share, and find support. Together, we celebrate neurodiversity and aim to make a positive difference in each other's lives.

Whether you’re seeking advice, a listening ear, or simply a friendly conversation over a cup of tea and some cake, this group is here to support you on your journey
