Lisa Quadt
Lisa Quadt is an autistic researcher at the Department of Clinical Neuroscience, Brighton and Sussex Medical School. She applies her research interest in the central and autonomic nervous system to the understanding of the unique strengths and challenges of neurodivergent populations. She attained her PhD in Philosophy, taking an interdisciplinary approach to characterising social cognition before transitioning into neuroscience. She has led the implementation and testing of a large randomised clinical trial using interoceptive training to decrease anxiety in autistic adults, which was published in EClinicalMedicine.
