I’m Ilan, a Clinical Psychologist at The Oak Tree Practice and I’d love to introduce you to what we do.

We specialise in two areas, assessments and therapy.

• Assessments: We carry out psychological assessments to understand the difficulties an individual is experiencing, such as low mood and anxiety, amongst many others. We also offer neurodiversity assessments to help better understand whether someone meets criteria for a diagnosis of Autism or ADHD, as well as better understanding where someone has strengths and difficulties when it comes to cognition (eg. memory, problem solving abilities etc).
• Therapy and Support: We have a wide range of specialists within our team who offer therapy services to those experiencing mental health difficulties. We also provide post-diagnostic support to those who have received a diagnosis, such as Autism or ADHD, to help with understanding their diagnosis, as well as how best to navigate the challenges they experience as a result.

We see individuals of all ages and are based in London. In some instances we are able to travel to where you are and offer home visits.
