Counselling sessions and therapeutic groups that are delivered in an affirming way for neurodivergent adults.
The foundation of my 1:1 counselling services is learning how you communicate best and working with that in mind. This can potentially include using creative methods with art, using board games or video games in sessions, writing or other methods - whichever works best for you.
I also offer low pressure therapeutic groups such as co-operative board gaming that focus on socialising as well as building skills such as turn-taking and communication alongside a qualified counsellor.
