I am a counsellor able to work wherever you are as I work either online or by telephone.
My aim with therapy is to help you work out where you want to get to and help you find your ways to get there.
Working this way means we can find a path that suits you, in a collaborative way. I always remember that you are the expert on you.
I am happy to work with anyone who asks for my help, but I specialise in helping autistic and/or neurodiverse people or with people who are close to someone identifying as neurodiverse. I am experienced in helping adults and young people (over the age of 13.)
I mainly use solution focused therapy, which is a therapeutic approach that works with almost anybody and almost any issue. I can also use techniques from CBT, psychodynamic and person-centred counselling.
