Marches Family Network is a registered charity dedicated to serving young people with disabilities, and their families, in Herefordshire and its neighbouring counties.

Our goal is for every young person with a disability to have access to the same opportunities and experiences as their non-disabled peers.

Our mission is to deliver a wide range of high quality, accessible short breaks, respite and support services, empowering young people with disabilities and their families.

Our approach involves providing a diverse range of high-quality, accessible short breaks, respite, and support services. We work with young people up to the age of 25, and currently support over 170 families encompassing a broad spectrum of disabilities, ranging from autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, physical impairments, chromosomal disorders, epilepsy, and sensory impairments.

Through our initiatives, we aim to foster empowerment, facilitate the realisation of individual potentials, raise awareness about disabilities, and champion social inclusion. Our services serve as a lifeline for many families, underpinning our belief that no child or young person should face exclusion due to a disability.

We serve as a vital source of support, often being the sole provider offering group activities for individuals with complex disabilities, thereby mitigating the risk of isolation and family crises, and acting as a protective factor against ill mental health.
