I am a Consultant Occupational Therapist specialising in supporting adults with neurodevelopmental conditions and mental health problems. My services are for people aged 16 years upwards. I also provide support to parents, carers, educators, and other professionals working with people who are neurodivergent.

You do not need to have a diagnosis to access my support. I can complete diagnostic assessments for adults to see if they meet the diagnostic criteria for Autism, ADHD, and or Dyspraxia/Developmental Coordination Disorder. However, as an Occupational Therapist I am more interested in helping people to improve their health, well-being and functioning, rather than giving them a label for their condition. Sometimes a diagnostic assessment can be helpful and that is something that we discuss when appropriate. I am used to working with people who have experienced trauma, people with gender differences, and people suffering with multiple complex conditions.

My services include:

• Advice for employers on inclusivity and reasonable adjustments
