Jessie's Fund helps children and young people with a range of additional needs to communicate through the therapeutic and creative use of music. We help establish music therapy posts in children's hospices and on hospital wards. We run creative music projects in specialist school settings and family learning projects. We do training for professionals in using music to help children communicate.

We have online resources for families and professionals to use at home. We offer individual grants to families for music therapy sessions in the community.

Ages: 0 to 25 (not 3 to 25 as stated below).
