Range of informal and formal assessment measures, including ADOS, for identifying functional communication, receptive and expressive language, social interaction, attention, listening and play skills. Range of evidence-based interventions for language and communication difficulties. Training undertaken in PECS, TEACCH. Also use of Social Stories, Comic strip conversations, social skills groups, language therapy, theory of mind interventions, development of emotional literacy.
