Ace Music Therapy CIC, founded in 2017, is a social enterprise based in Chelmsford, Essex. we are passionate about transforming lives through music. providing Music Therapy across Essex, London, Norfolk and online.
Our work centres on three core goals: making music therapy accessible to all, developing vital communication skills, and creating opportunities for emotional and creative expression.
We’re dedicated to giving back to our local community, offering FREE community music groups (funding dependent) - Keep an eye on our social media & website for the latest information.
Who can benefit from music therapy?
- We work with all ages and abilities. Some examples of client groups are mums and babies, children and adults with Autism, children and adults under palliative care, people with mental health conditions and people with Dementia or Alzheimer's. We believe that music really is the KEY and therefore ANYONE can benefit from music therapy
How can I access your music therapy services?
- We offer therapy in schools, homes, healthcare settings, and community centres across Essex, London, and Norfolk. You can contact us directly to discuss your needs and find a suitable option. Our 1:1 Music Therapy Sessions are a chargeable service, whereas our groups are free (Funding dependent)

- Music therapy uses musical interaction to help individuals express themselves, build social and communication skills, manage emotions, and enhance mental well-being. Each session is tailored to meet specific goals and is led by HCPC-registered therapists.
